In the Crypto Assets market, many people are always obsessed with finding the perfect timing to buy and sell. However, this mindset often backfires. The nature of the market is unpredictable: bull runs typically exhibit a pattern of slow rises and sharp falls, while Bear Markets are characterized by sharp rises and slow falls.

Trying to precisely grasp every pullback or sudden rise is, in fact, an unrealistic expectation. True investment experts understand how to follow the big trend, rather than exhausting themselves in short-term fluctuations. They start to position themselves at the end of a Bear Market, waiting for the arrival of a bull run; similarly, they can also exit in a timely manner just before the end of a bull run.

The cyclical nature of the Crypto Assets market is very strong. Whether it's Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other altcoins, each has its specific cyclical patterns. The investors who truly make big profits are often those who can grasp the entire upward trend, rather than the short-term players who trade frequently every day.

In a bull run, pullbacks usually present a 'deep V' shape. This sharp decline followed by a quick rebound often puts short-term traders in a dilemma: after selling, the market immediately reverses, and after buying at a high, they encounter a new round of declines. This repeated operation not only fails to make a profit but also quickly depletes the principal.

Fundamentally, the biggest trap in a bull run is the misconception that one is making profits through short-term trading, when in fact, they are continuously depleting their principal. When the overall trend is upward, stable investors can enjoy the gains from the entire rising cycle, while frequent traders may be washed out of the market by its fluctuations.

Therefore, in crypto assets investment, it is crucial to understand and grasp market cycles and to adhere to long-term thinking. Blindly pursuing short-term profits may actually be the best investment strategy. Remember, sometimes not taking action is also a wise move, which requires strong cognitive ability and a deep understanding of market cycles.
