The General Staff stated that after the Ukrainian operators discovered the system, they first incapacitated its mobility through technical means, then conducted long-term "illumination" targeting of the target, and finally carried out a precise strike that triggered the explosion of the ammunition carried by the system, completely destroying the air defense system. The General Staff noted that the "Buk-M3" air defense system is a modernized air defense system of Russia, capable of intercepting aerial targets from as far as 70 kilometers away.
