ZachXBT accuses Circle of failing to take action against USDC payment activities related to North Korea.
PANews July 1st news, on-chain detective ZachXBT stated that Circle and USDC are being used as the primary payment infrastructure by North Korean IT workers, but no measures have been taken to detect or freeze the related activities, while claiming compliance.
