Hong Kong Kinzhou Asset Management has launched a tokenized limited partnership fund on the Ethereum blockchain.
Golden Finance reports that Hong Kong licensed asset management company Jinzhou Asset Management has announced the launch of a USD-denominated tokenized limited partnership fund "Global Link Tokenized Income Limited Partnership Fund," which invests in a diversified portfolio of traditional financial assets. The fund is issued on the Ethereum public chain, and the fund shares will be recorded on both the blockchain and a register recognized by Hong Kong law. It is reported that Jinzhou Asset Management currently holds the Type 9 (asset management) license issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
