12306 Responds to Four Crashes in Three Days
On January 10th, Jinshi Data reported that many netizens posted that '12306 has crashed again' with login failures, ticket purchasing delays, and even white screens. Prior to this, 12306 also experienced different degrees of malfunctions on January 6th and 8th. In response, 12306 customer service stated that they are unable to determine the situation today (January 10th) and have recorded the issue. As it is currently the peak of ticket sales, the system pressure is indeed quite high. It is recommended to try other methods to avoid being unable to purchase tickets, such as logging out of the account and trying to log in again, using the website version, or directly going to the station for ticket purchase.
