The trading volume on the decentralized exchange Hyperliquid reached a record high of 319 billion USD in July, leading the entire DeFi perpetual futures sector, according to data from DefiLlama. This achievement allows Hyperliquid to account for up to 35% of total blockchain revenue for the month, surpassing Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain, according to a report from VanEck.

This platform attracts users thanks to its simple and effective products and user-friendly interface. Despite experiencing a 37-minute outage on July 29, Hyperliquid quickly compensated with 2 million USD, which was highly appreciated by the community.

The total trading volume of DeFi futures reached 487 billion USD in July, up from 364 billion USD the previous month. Hyperliquid currently has over 604,000 users and is the 7th largest derivatives exchange in the world by daily trading volume.
