NX Finance: Innovation in the DeFi yield layer of the Solana ecosystem
Yield Aggregator in the Solana Ecosystem: NX Finance
The Solana ecosystem has recently shown a vigorous growth trend. With a significant increase in on-chain funds, the demand for stable DeFi yields has also risen. Currently, DeFi yields on Solana are mainly concentrated on interest-bearing assets of single products, such as LST assets and on-chain perpetual contract trading pools.
At the same time, many DeFi projects use point-based airdrops to incentivize user participation. However, different users have varying demands and risk preferences regarding the benefits inherent in the points based on their own circumstances. In this case, a yield layer that can redistribute asset returns and risks becomes increasingly important.
NX Finance was born to become the yield layer of the Solana DeFi ecosystem. It offers two core strategies: the Fulcrum strategy and the Gold Mining strategy.
Fulcrum Strategy: Leveraging Yield-Generating Assets
The Fulcrum strategy allows users to maximize the returns on yield-generating assets through leverage. Borrowers can collateralize yield-generating assets to borrow stablecoins to purchase more assets, thereby achieving leveraged returns. The currently launched JLP asset pool is an example, where borrowers can collateralize JLP to borrow USDC to buy more JLP. In the future, more yield-generating assets, such as FlashTrade's FLP, will also be integrated.
Gold Mining Strategy: Airdrop Points Earnings Split
This strategy targets the popular points-based airdrop model on Solana. It allows users to divide the returns from airdrop points based on their risk preferences. Borrowers can participate in airdrop activities of target protocols by collateralizing assets and borrowing funds, while lenders can earn stable borrowing interest.
NX Finance's Contribution to the Solana DeFi Ecosystem
Seamless integration of yield-bearing assets: NX Finance allows users to adjust leverage ratios to reallocate risk on a single asset.
Risk redistribution of point airdrops: Through innovative airdrop strategies, NX Finance provides flexible options for users with different risk preferences.
Future Development
NX Finance plans to expand its asset pool in the future to provide users with a more diverse range of yield options. At the same time, its airdrop season began on July 1, covering several aspects such as total locked volume points, referral system, and team gains.
