Hedging fund Numerai launches Numerai Crypto, an encryption market prediction platform.
On June 19th, hedge fund Numerai announced the launch of its cryptocurrency market prediction platform Numerai Crypto. In the next 12 months, Numerai will release the Numerai Crypto metamodel for free. Users can create accounts and use the model to predict the prices of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. Users can choose to stake NMR tokens on the predictions and earn (or burn) NMR tokens based on their predictive performance. Numerai previously launched the cryptocurrency project Numeraire in 2017, which is closely related to data science and artificial intelligence, and issued the cryptocurrency NMR.
