The total principal and interest of this bond will amount to 1.76086 billion yuan. Reviewing Jinke Group's debt situation, the outstanding public debt due in the next two years is approximately 2.761 billion yuan, with the outstanding balance of bonds due in 2025 at about 2.259 billion yuan.
