Tim Draper: Bitcoin 'is valuable everywhere'
Billionaire Tim Draper made an optimistic statement amid the sharp fall in Bitcoin prices, claiming that the cryptocurrency "has value everywhere."
He emphasized the characteristics of Bitcoin such as decentralization, immutability, and high liquidity. Draper predicts that Bitcoin could reach 10 million USD, while warning that the USD could face hyperinflation if the financial system collapses. Although he once predicted that Bitcoin would reach 250,000 USD by the end of 2022, this has not happened as of mid-2025. However, Draper still believes that Bitcoin will achieve this figure this year, viewing it as a low-risk investment. He also believes that Bitcoin outperforms gold due to its borderless nature.
