I recently earned a total of 30 Alpha Points through Gate Alpha, and I’d love to share my experience with you. The Gate Alpha Points system is an excellent way to measure user engagement and trading volume on the platform. These points determine your eligibility for Token Generation Events (TGE), Alpha airdrops, and exclusive rewards.
How are points earned?
Asset Balance Points: You earn daily points based on your total asset balance on Gate. For example, if your balance is between $1,000 and $10,000, you earn 2 points per day.
Purchase Volume Points: Buying Alpha tokens in the [Featured] section earns you points. Your first $2 purchase each day earns 1 point, and for every doubling of the purchase amount, you gain additional points (e.g., $4 = 2 points, $8 = 3 points, $16 = 4 points). Note that selling tokens does not earn points.
Special Event Points: Occasionally, Gate Alpha runs special events where trading certain tokens grants extra or double points. Keeping an eye on official announcements is helpful.
Points are calculated daily and reflect the total earned over the last 15 days, minus any spent points.
