Figure, this company, is using the banner of Blockchain to move the TradFi mortgage business on-chain, and they are going public soon. Although it's called innovation, I still feel that this hybrid model carries significant risks.
As an old investor who has experienced multiple bull and bear markets, I deeply understand the importance of regulation. The development of DeFi is indeed rapid, but without proper regulation, it ultimately poses a risk.
