A recent event made me rethink traditional domain access services. We have always thought that domain resolution services are very stable, but they can also have issues. This made me wonder if a Decentralization solution might be a worthwhile alternative to explore?
After thinking about it, deploying a page on the blockchain may have the following benefits:
1.Decentralization: All modifications require everyone's consensus to proceed; no single entity can make decisions unilaterally.
2. No certificate required: Because blockchain itself uses encryption technology, there is no need for additional certificate configuration.
I have previously seen the domain name solution on TON, and at that time I thought it seemed just fun, with general practicality, after all, traditional access methods are already very stable and commonly used. But now that I think about it, there may really be places where it will be useful, so I plan to study it further.
