Shein has raised the prices of some products in the U.S. market by up to 377%.
Jin10 data April 28 news, fast fashion giant Shein has pre-increased prices in the US for products ranging from dresses to kitchen supplies, in response to the upcoming small parcel tax. Data shows that most of the price increases occurred last Friday, with significant differences in the increase rates among different categories. The average price of the top 100 best-selling beauty and health products increased by 51% compared to last Thursday, with several products doubling in price. The average increase for home, kitchen supplies, and toys exceeded 30%, with a set of 10 kitchen towels experiencing a big pump of 377%. The price of women's clothing rose by 8%.
